- Will not contact you by telephone unless it is necessary to process your order
- Will provide its customers with notice of their ability to opt out of our mailing list, if desired
Delivery Time:
Delivery is contingent on your location and if your nap mat will be personalized. Personalized items will usually take 5-7 business days. Stock nap mats usually take 1-2 days to process the order and 7-10 days for standard shipping. If you need your order rushed or need to know the exact time of shipping please email us at info@royalnapmat.com.
Shipping:
FLP may utilize UPS, Fed Ex Ground or USPS. Shipping and handing fees are determined by the carrier, not FLP. If your shipping location requires special instructions, please email us before placing your order.
If there is something that needs to be rushed, please notify us immediately so that we can work to accommodate your request.
Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your nap mat, we would be happy to accept a return up to 14 days after you receive the nap mat. The returned nap mat must be returned to us in new, unused condition, and be in original packaging, with all tags and any inserts included. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please contact us via email to discuss your return before sending the nap mat back to us.
Personalized nap mats cannot be returned due to their customization, unless there is a manufacturer’s defect.
